n Tuesday, the exhibition of the lanterns takes place on the Münsterplatz. The lanterns of all the carnival groups are there to be looked at. In the evening, it is especially impressive. The lanterns are illuminated and from time to time one of the "Clique" (=carnival group) turns up to visit their "sacred object" (lantern).
During the exhibition, the works of art can be admired without having to hurry. For those who understand Swiss German it is very interesting to read the rhymes on the lanterns.
